Firstly lady told me a different price than mentioned on groupon and then she made me wait for atleast 45 mins without even acknowledging.Kanwal wasnt so professional she kept on saying she is coming in 10 mins but never came and when i was leaving from there not even the effort was done to retain a customer or help me at all..very poor service

Its a real clean place I went for my mani pedi see the ad from groupon.i had specifically requested for a philipino person to do my nails and yes she did my mani to perfection but I had my pedicure done by another lady who wasnt that great and that kind made my experience a bit bad. The kind philipino lady had to redo the nail colour for my feet since it was all smudged . I had good experience and I will make sure I will stick to the person I had asked and open my mouth in the first instead of fuming later. And yes I would go again

I had seen the cobone deal of 79dhs for gelish manicure and gelish pedicure. Before buying the deal I called them to ask if I can fix an appointment. The receptionist said its for 89dhs, I said it says 79dhs on cobone so better for me if I buy the deal. She said dont buy the deal pay 79dhs at the salon direct.I went to the salon and asked the staff to do diff nail color for each nail for hands and feet as this is the latest trend. The staff did it happily without informing if its charged extra.While paying the bill the receptionist told me it will cost 20 dhs more as its diff nail colors.I do not mind paying extra but this should be informed at first so I can choose if I wish to continue or stick to 1 nail color only.I felt cheated as I was told 89dhs for 79dhs deal and then charged 20dhs more at the end.Not happy with this behaviour.

I came to this salon on Saturday and did gellish manicure + pedicure and then on Monday the color was removed and usually gellish lasts me for at least 2 weeks. Anyways, I went today to the salon to ask them to fix my nail, they were very unprofessional, they left me and went to work without giving me any idea on when can I come back. This is really disrespectful and unprofessional and will never go to their salon again! I wont recommend them to anyone. They were speaking in their language (not sure what were they talking) which I dont understand and that was very rude too!

I made an appointment for 7.30 i arrived there by 7 because i am kind of better be early thn late. She asked me to sit.staff there was talking loud with each other while doing another customer in there language which i can understand.they made me sit there for 1 hour and 10 mins and after that they informed me sorry we cant do your service as girl is not available. I was from group on so thats why they didnt entertain me and customers who were coming after me they were getting accomodation.i almost felt like crying as i am working lady for me time is money and i couldnt explain them how this time is important for me. Reception was asking staff how time you take she said to another collegue i ll not finish it till my duty finish as i dont want to take more customer.there manager was not there and staff seems to be not bothering about customer just wanted to finish service. When iask them how much more time they were like go ask reception in a rude way. They really wanted to throw me out they were hurry to go home and too much gossiping about there owner.Later owner was on phone with me she apologized and ask me to go home as no staff available she was a nice lady. Even reception was nice but they need to respect customer . They made me cry and wasted my time and staff litterly was rude specially the girl who was for morrocon bath. So after waiting 1 hour and 10 minz they said sorry we cant do service as staff not available.WHO on earth does that. I was being v decent . V disappointed and sure they dont care about people

Despite telling her to not cut anymore, she continued doing so on my feet as well and I have cuts all over.Very unprofessional and unethical staff.Shame on them for this horrible service.

Dear friendsI had very unprofessional customer service from the salon on doing Hair botox treatment.I went there following an offer on Facebook for hair treatments and booked an appointment 2 weeks ago. The treatment went so late by hours because in between the hairstylist Farakha went to another walk-in customer. The treatment was so painful that my scalp was burnt multiple times even after requesting to be careful. As it took more than 5.30 - 6 hours, I had to leave with shampoo she packed for me in a disposable shower cap.I came home and washed my hair in 2 hours and a small section on the right side looked untreated. I sent the salon an immediate photo. Also, my scalp became so dry and full of dandruff after the treatment they did. They apologized and asked to walk in to correct their mistake. The following day Farakha (Hairstylist) called and apologized as well and mentioned it hadnt happened with any customer before and please come to the salon to resolve it. After so many follow-ups I got a slot today and went there on time.On reaching the salon, they spoke like they dont even know me and started to argue that this is how botox looks, and if you feel its not good we can do again at half price. I was shocked to receive such a response and asked her if you dont feel the hair is imperfect, why did she and Herz salon apologize and asked me to come. She didnt respond and was telling me to not waste time. I asked her who chat with me since last week because it was not her who called at first. Farakaha said its her. she said she dont know who arranged my slot. Then when I showed her the chat she said its not her.A Lady called Nasiya took me to a room inside and apologized again and told me they are new management since a week and is not responsible for what happened with earlier owners. Her resolution was, If I want, I can do botox again at half price. I felt cheated and irritated by the malpractice they follow.I regret choosing Herz salon and trusting their Facebook marketing.Whatever you do, do not go for professional long-lasting results and service with this Salon. It might look neat from the outside but definitely, its not the right place for a good aftersale service. They do not have work ethics.

The hair styler at HERTZ is very professional and creative. Fakhra is well experienced and innovative. Her hairstyles are always new and give a fresh look on my face. AVOID AVOID AVOIDI went in for a simple mani-pedi and blowdry. They did a terrible job of the mani-pedi - all my nails were different shapes and sizes; they painted them like a child even after telling them several times it was done badly; the lady cut me three times AND I got a bacterial infection of one of my toes which is very painful.The ladies are nice but very unprofessional and unhygienic, clearly. Please go somewhere else!!

WOW!!! I mean...wow. Reshma and Fakharan made my hair look the best its ever looked. I decided to visit the salon to get my keratine treatment. I knew that this is a chemical based treatment this could harm my hair as well but after I got my treatment, my hairs are shiny and healthy .
